PNP RCS Self-service online portal offline

Pick n Pay Online Self Service, it has now been months that you RCS online self-service portal is offline. Are you ever planning on fixing the problem?? I do not have hundreds of rands worth of airtime to call the call centre everytime to find out what my available credit balance is. Please fix the self-service portal!!
