PnP Randsteam - poor service and upkeep

The PnP food store at Randsteam in JHB is SO disorganised; unpacking items all over the show, nobody attending to them and often no stock on shelves. Normally only ONE cashier on duty and manager nowhere to be seen. I have been there on numerous occasions and its always the same situation
