PNP Rain Cheque is a LIE

On 31st October i visited PNP in Menlyn to purchase pampers Nappies that was on special. They were out of stock so i requested a rain cheque. I was advised by Busisiwe that they did not have the proper rain cheque stationery so i had to come to the menlyn store again in order to get that price again as i cannot go to any other store to claim it without the proper rain cheque slip. I visited the store 3 times after that and they still did not have the stock of pampers Jumbo size 3 but they did however give me the proper rain cheque slip so i could get the nappies from any other Store as advised by Busisiwe. I then took the rain cheque slip to Silverton PNP and the manager Shaun, arrogantly says they cannot honour it as they are a franchise store and i need to go back to menlyn store because they dont work with rain cheques because he does not want to lose money. <br> What is the point of a PNP personalised stationery rain cheque when other stores dont honour it. Menlyn never seems to have stock and why was i **** to by the pnp staff and made to run up and down when it seems they dont know the rules of a rain cheques themselves. Why should the consumer always bear the brunt?
