PNP Qualisave for the poor & voiceless

Since pick n pay has rebranded some of its stores to "qualisave" , the service has truly dropped. I went to Pick nPay Qualisave The Bridge to purchase a kettle that was on sale,,, only to find they had no stock. The manager tells me they no longer issue Rainchecks- when it's gone, it's gone. The reason I preferred retail giants like PNP or Checkers, is for the fact that they would give you a Raincheck if they didn't have stock of a specific item that's on sale... Imagine you leave your house, sometimes even take a taxi, only to get to the store & be told that what you are looking for is finished - tough luck. Infuriating. And I have also noticed that these Qualisaves are located where the market is almost all black people... Says a lot about what PNP thinks we deserve as black customers.
