Pnp promotions? Are they for real?

So 1st there was the scratch cards...scratch and get nothing. Then we collected the stamps only to be told by the Manager at PNP Queensburgh...sorry you have too many cards and it is his prerogative to refused to issue vouchers for them. He needs to verify that I really did buy at PNP. What a joke! How else am. supposed to get them! And we must go back when he can make some calls. We gave them to one of our staff to use. Is this why he is questioning it???? They aparently questioned the Lady and said it is impossible that those stamps were earned. My husband eventually had to go there and he still refused saying its impossible that we earned those stamps. In other words we obtained them wrongly??? What a humilation! When i spoke to him on the phone and insisted that he tells me on which grounds he refused to issue vouchers he refused to speak to me. Come on pnp! If I have that many cards...surely its means I am a flippen good customer! Look after me!
