PnP poor product delivery

I bought a KIC 314L fridge from salesman Carl Coetzee @ Brackenfell Hyper on 5th Feb. It was delivered the next day after many calls, no delivery time was arranged as promised, the reception number *** either does not answer or answers and puts me on hold... i could hear all the conversation in the office! I unboxed the fridge in the late afternoon to find dents and a fridge that does not get colder than 12 degrees celcius, it also had 'EXCHANGE' written in black marker on the packaging? I then emailed customer care and raised the issue with the call centre. The branch does not answer ***! Today when i follow up on Facebook with my reference number it suddenly does not exist??? the agent I logged it with Khwezi had emailed me direct so i could check with her and she confirmed it was logged? Please PnP simply arrange to deliver replacement and collect this one when you get here.
