PnP Poor customer Service (Daveyton mall)

There's poor customer service in pick n pay. I went to pnp liquor on the 5th of October 2024 to do cash withdrawal. There lady with orange braids said she does not have money meanwhile she does have. I don't understand why they refuse to do cash withdrawals and it's not the first time something like this happens. Sometimes we need to go around like headless chickens asking cashiers if whether they do have cash. Some will give us attitude saying they don't have meanwhile they do I just don't understand what's the issue is for real. PnP cant introduces the system to assist customers to do cash withdrawals to make our lives easier but PnP workers are making our lives difficult indeed I am not happy at all.
