PNP Penford

I didn't have my smart shopper card and showed the cashier a photo of the card number and she refused to punch it in, only said she can't do it. A different store helped me without blinking. Lost out on points and also paid full prices for the "smart shopper card" specials. I need this to be rectified. Pathetic I tell you, really. Penford store, Uitenhage.
