PnP pathetic and poor

PnP Atlantis has the worst service ever , staff are unfriendly , unhelpful and plain useless . A person must stand for ever at the various counters for service and then friends get helped first . Continues complaining does not even help as management does nothing to improve service . P P has really lost its standards in SA . Not even head office is interested in customer service
