PNP Pathetic

Pick ‘n Pay ASAP they say. What a joke!!! Pick ‘n Pay should just remove this delivery app from their business because this will bring them down even further than where they already are. I’ve had many bad experiences with them in the past because they never ever deliver within 60 mins like they promised but last night was the last straw. I ordered stuff at 17:57 it said it will be here between 19:00 - 19:30. Till now 12:05 the next day it’s still not here. No use if calling their stupidity call centre cos the Pamela that answered the phone does not even know what their own system says. They should get the checkers and woolies people to come do the work for them. Never have I ever on any of those apps had such blatant incompetence. I want my money back Pick ‘n Pay and not in a wallet cos I’m done with this stupid app.
