PNP - pack your own groceries!!!

Pick n Pay - MUSGRAVE - just paid for bread/ pasta salad/ cinnamon bun at the cigarette counter and was told to PACK them myself!!!! ***!!! this is the last straw - notably ongoing issues are the low number of till points available at the busiest of times and dismally slow service, and specific ignorance toward customers at the hot foods/ salad counters (incl yesterday)! if these staff are not happy to be see and tend to customers - sack the lot and close the damn branch! there are plenty of other competitors that we would be happy to shop with in that very space. this is the ONLY PnP BRANCH i have ever had such ongoing issues with - an absolutely deplorable version of 'customer service' practiced.
