PNP OTTERY SELLING OFF FISH

Good day. This is now the 2nd time in less than a month when i shopped at pnp and am disgusted with the quality of food that pnp sells. I went to Ottery pnp yesterday and bought fish. I purchased two packs of vacume sealed fish. Got home and planned to fry it for supper. When i opened the plastic seal it was stinking and obviously old. How does a big store like that have fish of such disgusting quality vacume sealed and sold. Surely when its packed you can smell it. So to vacume seal this and still sell it is a waste of my time and money. I can rather shop elsewhere and get good quality. About 3 weeks ago i got molded green cheese that was sold. I received e- mails from pnp asking me details and i even took pics but to date the customer service did nothing. Just kept on saying someone will contact me. The owner of the family store actually called me to say he will replace the cheese. But pnp customer service never even got back to me. Now i have this two packs of stinking fish. Am i supposed to take this to the store? And in addition will.i be mailed and mailed to ask details and do nothing. Pnp is selling old fish to loyal customers. Are we supposed to eat off fish that pnp disguise by vacume sealing it? I dont work to waste my money on this. There is no care in what is sold. Dont pnp have people who are supposed to make sure things like this dont happen? Dont you have procedures in storing fish? And people packing it can they not smell it? Pnp can have this fish fetched from my home. I dont plan to carry stinking fish in my car now that its open.
