PnP Ottery Repair Centre has terrible service

After standing at the repair desk for 20 min I phoned the store and complained that I was standing there and that there was nobody to assist, they announced for someone and 10 min later still nothing. A friendly staff member came past from his break and decided to assist me and did all the paperwork and took the Aim tv from me for repair. After waiting a month I complained that nobody contacted me and Chris called me and advised that the person contracted to do the repairs was on holiday and that the tv would be ready mid January at a cost of R1500. I agreed to the price gave him the go-ahead to fix it, and have not heard from him since. I handed in the tv on 14 November 2015 and today is 26 January 2016 and still nothing. I was very accommodating even though after 1 month nobody called me, but my family has now been without a tv for 2 and a half months. This is very frustrating because my kids had to go their entire school holidays without a tv. What is the problem here? Can it take that long to replace a motherboard on a tv? The reason i went to PnP repair centre is because the Aim brand belongs to them, so who better to fix it than them. ...UNACCEPTABLE!!!
