Pnp ottery hyper disgust

It was realy sad how they havetreated us. So we decided to stock up on MAGNETO LED lamps asyou never knowwhen ESKOM will suprise us again.

We wanted topurchase 4 of those lamps which were on display in the store, got to the tilland the cashier says it cant be bought. We then went to the information desk where we were told that another customer has purchased the same LED durimg lockdown level 5 and when we purchased we were then dowmgraded to level 4! To add insult to injury another customer was able to buy a handheld mixer and we told its essentials its a small item. Then comes the big one a vacume cleaner! Now im realy lost for words as we had to drive allthe way to ottery for those little lamps but we could not get it. Itried callimg the pnp customer care and to no satisfaction there was no answer.

Pnp has lost a customer amd clearly they have not followed the right protocol.
