PnP Ottery fails to deliver on Jamie Oliver knives

I have been a loyal customer of PnP Ottery for several years now. Even when the pandemic hit, I remained a loyal client even though the Kenilworth store is much closer to my residence. I had been collecting the Jamie Oliver knife promotion stamps and completed two of the collection cards. On 10 Aug 2020, I went in to collect my second knife only to be told that they were out of stock and a delivery was scheduled for 12 Aug. I went back to the store on 13 Aug for collection and informed that they were out of stock and "Head office will not be sending any additional stock of the knives". What is appalling for me is that I had spent considerably on grocery shopping at the store specifically to collect the promotional stamps and it is misleading to advertise that the promotional item would be available to customers. In the end failed to fulfill their promise to me as a customer. This had lead me to question the integrity of the management of PnP Ottery as well as the brand and I will no longer be supporting them.
