PnP online terrible delivery

PnP online shopping delivery - this is the second time my order hasn't been delivered on the day expected, with NO contact at all made with me!! Is it worth it?? My order was expected yesterday after 17:00, it's almost 10am and still no communication received. I've been holding for the call centre for so long, noone is answering! last time the order never arrived on the correct day (Friday), I called and asked them to reschedule to Monday, and then they arrive with the order on Sat morning. Not acceptable!
