PNP ONLINE SHOWS FOOD PRODUCTS IN STOCK WHEN ITS NOT... 3RD TIME IN A ROW... IN 3 WEEKS TIME. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

VERY DISAPPOINTED. This is the third time in a row that I have ordered items that show in stock on your website but doesn't get delivered (out of stock). When I then go onto your website it still shows in stock and stays that way. I often send food to someone who is housebound and cannot go to the shops and these were crucial items like soya mince (since they don't have a fridge or freezer to keep meat), onions, and macaroni..... as I mentioned this is the 3rd attempt in 3 weeks. I am honestly very disappointed, as I only use PnP for online food shopping and delivery. Every time I have to pay R50 for delivery, but the products that they really need is not delivered with the rest. I cannot afford to try and send only those 3 items and pay R50 and maybe only one product might get delivered. I also don't ask for item replacements, since I previously ordered a food item and you guys replaced it with liquid laundry detergent, which the person did not need at all... ridiculous! Why can't you update your website to show that these items are out of stock???????????????????????????????????? And no, it's not because it went out of stock in the time between ordering and delivery..... I keep checking a couple of times a day until delivery, as this has happened before. For instance, this afternoon's delivery.... items not delivered still shows in stock on your website... as it has for the past 3 weeks. I sincerely hope that I will get a reply from you guys. P.S. These were deliveries for Protea Heights, Brackenfell.
