PNP Online Shopping the worst

I am very disappointed in PNP. I expected better from them being the brand they are. I placed an order I received a bin with my online delivery order, 7 of the items on the list were "not supp****" ( how can you not inform your customers that they will not receive certain items?? ) and also, the delivery time was for 15:00 - 17:00 but the driver Thabo was at my home blowing up my phone at 8:00am and I specifically chose this sot as I am working during lockdown. What is the point of picking a slot if it will not be honored. The driver then called again at 14:00 pestering me to deliver at 14:00 as he was "done for the day" #shocked

Thabo did not even have my goods in plastic bags as I had requested yet i was charged for bags.

This is the very first time I've used this service - and the very last.
