PnP Online Shopping, stop emailing me

I had a bad experience with PnP Online Shopping, incorrect promotions and incorrect pricing, to say the least. I requested them to delete my account. Why am I still receiving mails from them. Kindly stop, I do not wish to do business with your online site..
