PnP Online Shopping - Steeling your money & make empty promises!!!

It has now been 15 (fifteen) days (30th January 2019) since ive sent PnP Online Shopping, my complaint, that we all discussed over the phone, on the day of my delivery (my order value/paid R16,398.74). And i have still NOT heard back from them, not by phone call, email or otherwise.

Ive been dealing with Hendrik (Hub Manager) and Tyron (Supervisor), since the delivery was even still taking place (via phone calls and emails). I hold THEM personally responsible.

Everything that I state in this letter, I have solid proof (Google Drive link attached) of. As I have stated, the vid (s) recording is 3 hours long and thus I decided to save it on my Google Drive and just send you the link to view everything there. The date and time is incorrect on the recordings, seeing as I don’t usually use the recorder, so it resets itself back to default. I don’t look good on the recordings and I do apologize, cuz im sick with food poisoning.

The PnP driver arrived at +-16:30 and only left at +-19:50.

He came to my door and asked if I could help him take everything from the truck (up to my Unit, 3rd floor), cuz there is a hell of allot of stuff and he is the only person there to deliver. I said to him that I cannot, seeing as im alone at my house and im sick. He then said that he will then go onto the street and look for someone there to assist him. I said he cannot do that! I suggested he go to the security and ask them to assist.

I said that I cannot believe that PnP didn’t send someone to assist, cuz on the order, I did state that I live on the 3rd floor and that they will need to send the correct amount of people to assist with the delivery. The driver then went to the security and asked his son, to assist him with unloading the truck. The driver and I started going through everything on the delivery list (some items priced differently, compared to my order date), as soon as they were done offloading everything. He gave me a list (invoice) and he kept one for himself. I made notes on the list (see attached in Google Drive link). So many things were incorrect or not delivered at all. And I was never notified that something wasn’t going to be delivered, nor did I get any refund for it. And some of the items, they have replaced with another brand (and didn’t notify me of this), when I specifically stated NOT to do that, when I ordered everything. And some things, were sent, that I didn’t order, nor was it compensated for anything else, “out of stock”.

1. X2 Pizzas (I didn’t order) 2. Butter (I don’t eat this, I eat Flora – didn’t order) 3. X1 Falafels box (don’t even know what this is!) (supposed to be another box Butternut *****) 4. X24 Lipton Tea “Peach (12) & Lemon (12)” (I ordered the “light”) 5. Klipdrift & Coke (stated, won’t be delivered…but then delivered it) 6. Scotch-Brite dish brush (only delivered the replacement pads) 7. Country Fair Steaklets (Garlic), replaced with Pepper

Not only did it take me (and the driver) 3 hours to go through the delivery list…it took me so much more longer to go through what I actually ordered, compared with what was delivered and what was on the list and the difference in pricing! I have spent so much time on this order and Im utterly disappointed in how things worked out, being my first online order and all. I don’t have a car anymore and will need to order like this often. I need to know what your offices are going to do about this and also to replace the things I didn’t order (replaced). As you will see on the notes I took on the invoice (attached in Google Drive link), PnP owes me R2,517.36 , thus far. Also, what points on my PnP card will I be getting for this huge order and for the terrible inconvenience I experienced? For now…im leaving it in your hands. With both of them being employees, they are supposed to realize that money doesn’t grow on trees and they must take responsibility for their staff's incompetence. Should PnP Online Shopping, fail to have this matter resolved, within 1 (one) week (close of business on the 21st February 2019), i will escalate this matter externally and report both (Tyron & Hendrik) aswell as report PnP to the Consumer Board, amongst others.

Good day, That is my number ( ********** ). I see that the number ( ********** ) that has been trying to call me, is infact blocked by "Truecaller" (App), installed on my phone. Therefore, i did not hear or see any calls coming in from that number. I have unblocked that number now. You may try again. Marianne

I cannot send this to ********** I have tried several times over the last 2 weeks to contact them on there and there is no response. That is why I decided to post here on HelloPeter. 1. X1 Flora (Light – 1kg) 2. X1 Fry’s Butternut ***** (240g) 3. X24 Lipton Tea (1.5L) - “Peach (12) & Lemon (12)” (I ordered the “light”) – you’ll need to exchange the original ones here (you gave me on my order) and replace them with the “light” ones, which I ordered. 4. X2 Scotch-Brite dish brush (only delivered the replacement pads) 5. X1 Country Fair Steaklets (Garlic), you replaced with “Pepper” 6. Pack of 4s - Gillette Mach 3 Turbo Cartridges 7. X24 Red Bull Energy Drink 250ml 8. X2 Berocca Performance Tablets 20s 9. X4 PnP Lamb Lion Chops – Avg 10. X4 PnP Butchery Lamb Braai Chops – Avg 11. X4 PnP Extra Lean Beef Mince – Avg 12. X2 All Gold Garlic Basil & Origanum Diced 13. X2 Tropika Eazy Long Life Mango Peach Juice 14. X2 Kiri Cream Cheese 12 Portions 216g R16,398.74 was taken off my bank account (as I have already made clear to you). Look at the screenshot I took on my phone, once PnP deducted that amount off my FNB bank account. And I even had a lady call me from FNB asking if I know about that amount, or was it *****? I have that phone call conversation, recorded on my phone. And according to your delivery note, this order cost R15,459.20. Thus meaning, that PnP overcharged me on this order, onto my bank account, the amount of R939.54 The R1,577.82 is for items either not delivered or overcharged on my delivery/order. Therefore then, bringing a grand total of R2,517.36…that PnP owes me! I have given PnP ALL the proof of what I claim here. There shouldn’t be any further confusion, if you just look at all my evidence in my Google Drive, I supp**** you with. You also overcharged me on many things. If you take a closer look at the delivery list that I have attached to my Google Drive, which the driver and I both filled out together…you will see that there are many items charged for differently on the delivery note, as to what I was quoted when I placed the order. And I never agreed to that or was notified of anything, in any manner.

...it is now another day later (19th Feb 2019 @ 13:55) and PnP has STILL not contacted me or resolved this expensive issue!!! I am now considering taking this matter, to the Consumer Board and the Ombudsman... This is a huge mistake, on their part and they are doing absolutely nothing to resolve it!!!
