PnP Online Shopping Refund Compliment

It is such a pleasure to write a compliment for a change. I shopped for the first time online with PnP. On the day of my delivery, I was timeously informed that the delivery would be late. Being a Saturday, I was not worried but was glad for the notification. However, after the delivery, I found that the Ice Cream I had ordered was completely melted all the way through. It was a liquid. I sent a complaint and photo directly to PnP. My concern was also the time it could take for that ice cream to melt and I had frozen chicken steaklets with that batch and was concerned about that too. PnP was undergoing maintenance on their website but promised a refund. The refund was immediately placed onto my online account once they were able to do so. Thank you PnP. I will continue to shop online with you in the peace of mind that you will gladly assist should there be any problems.
