PNP ONLINE SHOPPING IS INCONVENIENT!

I placed an order for over R1000 for toys of which I need by Friday as my helper is going on leave and I would have liked to giver her Christmas presents. Pick n pay online shopping attempted to call me AFTER I placed my order and paid in full but were unable to get hold of me and therefore sent an email. Certain items out of stock! Why are they still on the website? I rep**** to the email straight away, two days later have heard nothing. I contacted them today and was told that I needed to give a delivery time, this was not stated in the email. My company is closed on Fridays so when do I receive the goods? I now have to arrange a refund for the short delivered items. Next time I will rather do my purchases in store. I attempted grocery shopping online with pick n pay a few years ago which was also an inconvenience. Short stock again and just delivered other brands in their place without checking with me. Extremely inconvenient!
