PnP online shopping is a ****

Firstly, I would like put it out there that your my online shopping experience with your store was horrible. It was my 1st and last. I placed an online food order on the 24th of March 2020. On the 29th of March I was charged for the full order yet half of the things were delivered on the 30th of March. It has been 10 days since the delivery yet, I have not received any communication about a refund or if the other things will be delivered. I have spent over 3 hours in the past week being placed on hold by both the online shopping and customer care call centres. I believe that nobody is actually working there. I have sent numerous emails and even reached out on social media. No one is responding to my complaints. Why was I charged for things that weren't in stock in the 1st place? The invoice clearly states that that R358.53 was supposed to be charged on my debit card yet a debit of R568.21 went through and you are quiet about it. I am apulled by how how little you care for your customers. My order number is ***2. It's a shame that one has to resort to hellopeter to be taken seriously. Your customer service is horrible. Other online stores respond to customers complains in less than 2 days.
