Pnp online shoddy service

Pnp offers online shopping. Fantastic. If your packers cannot pack as to what is specified, how do you sustain your shopping clients? What is the point of taking effort to complete requirements for items and it never improves? This has been called in to client care previously, this is the fourth time! Frozen food is also not frozen or for that matter cold. So great online service!

Hi Vaughan,

Thank you for your recent online order and for taking the time to write to us regarding your online experience.

Please accept our apologies for any inconveniences caused to you and for any out of stock products.

Frozen items should come in a cooler box to ensure that goods are kept cold. Kindly take note that your online invoice has a breakdown of what items are packed in each bin to enable you to check each bin and its contents received.

We will address this with our online team. Should you have any further queries / complaints please feel free to drop our Online Team an email on the below email address.

We value your feedback as a loyal Pick n Pay customer to enable us to improve continually on our service & products.

Kind regards,
Vanitha Venketas

Good afternoon Vanitha,

Thank you for the response. I shop online through multiple shops and fully understand procedures. I can read a list, your staff cannot.

If the protocols within Pnp are not followed then that is an in house issue and not one that should impact the consumer.

Thank you for the prompt response, your managers in process couldn't be bothered.

Vanitha, please ask your delivery team to email or scan a copy of delivery note. Then we can discuss resolution.
Thank you
