PnP Online services are ****.

As a person who ordered for the first time from PnP online, it is such a disappointment! I had ordered a Tv from them due to its incredible price. 2 days after I had placed the order for the Tv the delivery was due at my chosen time slot of 8-10, I got a call to inform me that the online department had gotten an email saying that the Tv is out of stock at the PnP they were going to pick it up at and that my order is cancelled. I mean how unbelievable is that, nobody informs you ahead of time to say that your product is out of stock and cannot be delivered and instead on the day of delivery 5 hours after delivery was supposed to happen you get a call just to say your not going to get your order. Now the product isn’t available online anymore. Im unbelievably disappointed PnP, how are you unable to ask the customer if they would be willing to pick it up at another store where there is stock and how are you unable to transfer the order to another store. Unbelievable! You should really fix this bad system of yours because this just is not on.
