PnP ....online service....discriminating?

<p>I did online shopping from Pick N Pay website and wanted to book delivery and couldn’t find my area. I then opted to collect and to my surprise I can only collect from the suburbs which shocked me because there are 2 PnP's around my area. Why can’t I collect from there, why do I have to travel all the way to the suburbs?</p> <p>My frustration is that it looks like the online service is only made for customers based in the suburbs and not the townships. Are we not equally important?</p> <p>The purpose of online service is to make the consumers shopping experience a bliss and avoid long queues. It saddens me that such a big chain store can demonstrate such **************.</p> <p>Since we all bring money to pnp regardless of one’s area, don’t we all have the right to from this online experience</p> <p>I guess it's because we do not have white people in the townships hence we are excluded.</p> <p>From frustrated customer!!!</p> <p> </p>
