PnP online service.
I placed an online order with Pick & Pay Johannesburg. From trying to get help with my order telephonically, to delivery this was a pleasant surprise and experience. They got my order exactly right. I had frequent updates on my delivery time. Even though I had I had an emergency at the time of the drop-off they kept in touch and returned later in the evening to deliver. I really appreciated the friendly communication. Qeto who did the delivery was friendly, efficient and quite understanding that I had had an emergency.
