PnP Online POOR WORST SERVICE

The worse service ever from your online department. I ordered stock on the 27th Nov, I received a part order and was told from the Boksburg store that I will be called for the rest of my order. On the 22nd Dec, I'm told that I have been credited for the part order because they didn't have stock. I've been sent from pilar to post, coming to the store several times only to find out that it was for nothing. Very disappointed and it's a service I'll never use.
