PNP ONLINE POOR SERVICE CANCEL THAT ORDER N REFUND MY MONEY

i am disappointed. i placed an order online at 10am its 3pm still not received. on top of that items hv been can celled only now because stock has run out. HOW wen i placed it in the morning. i have been holding on the phone for 15mins now waiting tto speak to an agent. 3pm now i am knocking off. CANCEL THAT order i dont want it anymore!!@
