Pnp Online not for convenience

I purchase my groceries on Pnp online for convenience, yet almost every order is either late or Not delivered correctly. I have called and complained about items not delivered and never received a refund or the items. I am at my wits end I am currently holding for them to track my order which was supposed to have been delivered between 14:00 and 15:00, Its now 16:25 and I am sitting listening to hold music for 9:13, to be told by Nokuvonga Mthethwa that apparently there is a delay. I have booked these times because there will be no-one at the premises after 17:00. Their website states I will be notified for delays, however this has never happened. And agents still have I don't care attitude.
