Pnp Online is the WORST!
I placed an online delivery with Pnp. Selected an address for delivery. Delivery was supposed to happen within 24hours. Over a week later and multiple calls to Pnp online I have been told to wait an additional 3-5 business working days for a refund. This is unacceptable. I will never utilize Pnp online and will consider changing my shopping options going forward.
