PnP online is not a convenient service

<p>Such a great idea, but flops on so many levels. Firstly you spend time delicately putting together your order but the sytem allows you to order things the allocated (and only) store for your area may not have and then they dont source it from another store. Second you book a time (a wekk ahead because you can never book for same day delivery) and then it doesnt get delivered on the day and time requested. Thirdly, they replace the items with whatever they do have some vastly different in quality and price than what you asked for. Lastly, you try get help when everything about the convenient service is everything but convinient and is totally unhelpful. I think i spent more on phone calls than it would have cost driving to the store to do it myself. The best i got was you can get your delivery for free - when they are running a promotion for free delivery over Christmas time! #fail #notreliable much rather pay a bit more and use Woolies online. #disappointed. Still awaiting feedback from management to lodge a formal complaint. </p>
