PnP online I paid for items that were not delivered- no help, no support since

Tried online shopping for the 1st time. Delivery occurred Tuesday. 5 items I was billled for, did not arrive. It's been 3 days of trying to reach the call center and online support with no answer, emails with no response, facebook page comments with no help. I would advise no one to use online shopping as the greatest fear is paying for goods you don't receive, and NO ONE is assisting with this issue.
