PNP ONLINE FRIDAY 3RD APRIL ORDER NOT YET DELIVERED

Pnp online shopping has let me down again. I understand we are in lockdown and they are working with a fewer staff than usual but I can only be understanding to a certain point. My order ***) was supposed to be delivered on Friday 3rd April between 9am and 13:00 but up until now it hasn't. I tried calling online shopping, struggled to get through and when I finally did go through, this was Sunday morning (call ***), I was told my query was sent to relevant guys to accelerate my delayed order. But it's Tuesday today, midday. Still no delivery. I have sent emails, left voice messages, my call was dropped while I have been for almost 30 minutes for it to be answered. I am on queue right now on that call but there's no hope I'll go through. I am a regular online customer - every month for over five years. The money was taken from my bank card- this is 3 grand plus. I don't have the groceries. I'm running out of the food that I do have in my home and I don't have the money on my card anymore. Please someone get me in touch with whoever can assist me!!!
