Pnp online delivery service is pathetic

Your online delivery service is pathetic. This is the third time that I have had to call Pnp Online to fix my order. Your packers do not pack everything, no do they double check. This time I ordered 9x 6 packs of milk and 5 packs of hot chocolate. Included in my charges was delivery. only 5x 6 packs of milk was delivered and 4 packs of hot chocolate. The agent says that they cannot deliver as it is under R500. You expect me to order again and pay delivery fee again? I also need to order these items and wait for the refund to be processed? This is unbelievable and terrible service from pnp online.
