PNP online deivering service

(Pick 'n pay Faery glen) i ordered my groceries online and asked that it would be delivered at my address in Centurion . They work with Dawn King Couriers . At 12pm today the driver arrived at my complex not phoning anyone to say his there so someone in the complex opened for him so the guy walked to my unit (Nr15) and knocked and screamed . But I had to go to the hospital for a urgent orthapedic appointment . So he lefr again not calling or Messaging anyone that he is or whas there . So as i got home at 2 I phoned to ask where is my groceries , no said the manager from faerie glen PnP that the driver left he will do his other deliveries and then come do my delivery later when he is done . So at 5pm i had to go to the shops quickly but phoning the manager the whole time to make shure I don't miss the driver again . So the manager asshured me no he Will deliver my groceries before 6 pm today . So 6pm comes and goes and no one shows so I called the manager 7 times and no answer the 8th time he denied the call and calls me back asking me what do I want so I tell him is 6:20 pm and where is my groceries , so he said no the driver allready turned around he will not deliver my food today . So i told the manager from Faerie glen PnP that if my food is not delivered today at 7 pm i will go to the police station and open a case of theft because this means that they are *****ing my food because the driver does not pick up his phone he ignores my calls and the manager won't give me his manager's name or number so i can sort out this matter , so he called me back and said that they will deliver my groceries before 12 pm tomorrow afternoon , so i told him i will make an official complain tomorrow if my food is not delivered before 12 pm . So i REQUEST that my groceries WILL be delivered before 12pm tomorrow afternoon .
