PnP ONLINE CLOTHING An order was received on 21st December with items missing obviously it was for CHRISTMAS DAY So I sent pictures and an email to the online address Someone got back to me told me they will refund me Waited a week nothing ... I'm out of pocket.. no clothes and had to buy other items... so out of pocket twice now

Emailed she said no it bounced send them my letter of account which I did

A week later nothing

Emailed again.. she said she waiting for head office

TWO WEEKS FOR A REFUND? ALMOST THREE

Why would you have such horrible customer service

there is still R87 owed to me via the PNP APP which I have not received you thrives!
