PnP Online Banking is Pathetic!
Terrible Online Order Service.
Delay in Delivery. First i get told the order will be delivered next morning at 09:30, then I get told my banking details need to be verified. Still no response. Not sure how the order went from ready for delivery to banking details requiring verification to my online account being frozen for security purposes but never had a problem with my previous orders.
This is pathetic!
I will NEVER use your online shopping again and I urge everyone to not make use of this service as it is pathetic!
