PNP Online

I am absolutely disgusted with the level of service from PNP Online. I ordered food last week for delivery on Friday 5 March, the delivery was on time however when the goods were delivered they were full of worms. I immediately phoned to call centre to complain and also sent photos and a video to the customer call centre. I wanted the goods collected and a refund done for the purchase. I got a confirmation from the customer service consultant, however this is the last I heard from them. For such a big chain store their customer service is shocking and even more shocking is the product they deliver !. I will never use PNP online again and will most certainly not support any of their stores either.
