PnP Online

<p>Online shopping is there for convenience but with PnP its the worst experience one can have from the online ordering, the call centre to the picking of items. Incompetence would be a compliment. They are unphased by any criticism and seem to go on unphased about their service and processes. Won't hold my breath for a response to this. </p>
