PnP Oakfields - Staff following rude manager's example.

Quick story. Went to PnP Oakfields in Benoni. As always I went to get some cold meats. I asked the lady that assisted me after waiting for 10 minutes to be assisted to please give me R30 salami. She gave me R20 worth of mix loaf. To which I rep**** that this is not what I asked for and that they need to stop messing around and listen to what the people ask for. The lady rep**** that she gave me what I asked for. I then proceeded to find a manager named Christo who was standing and talking nonsense to another customer, assuming it was someone he knows as they were talking about things that happened in the past and this was clearly not related to any PnP daily requirements. I did interrupt the conversation and stated that now I understand how the staff is doing what they like when the managers are stranding and fking around. He raised his voice and told me that he is talking to a customer which in my opinion was small talk and no assistance was given to my problem or query. What kind of owner allows managers and staff to treat paying customers to be treated like this. This is disgraceful. Pathetic PnP service as always.
