PnP not very helpful.

I made an Easy Pay payment on my RCS store card on the 28 June 2023 at 13h17 at the Penford Uitenhage PNP to the amount of R1200 at the Kiosk section using my ABSA debit card. The amount never reflected on my RCS account. It made my account in arrears. I phoned the store trying to get an explanation to what happened. My calls were not answered and I even sent an email to the store as well as the Customer Care dept of PNP. No response up until today.
