PNP not so ASAP after all.

I placed an order on Pick n Pay ASAP, it wasn't my first time and the service is usually great. Today, however, I waited for almost two hours for my delivery. The problem began when the app stopped tracking the delivery person and stated that my order had been delivered, which it had not. In addition to that, I had to use my own airtime to call the delivery person because he buzzed me. The first two times, he gave me false information about where he was and how long my delivery would take. He only arrived at 18:25 with an order that I had placed at 15:55. This after I had to resend him my location via whatsapp.

I am very dissatisfied with the type of service I received today. I was greatly inconvenienced.
