Pnp not delivering on promises on exclusive products and not getting back to me when enquiring about it

I bought a christmas gin box set product at Pick n Pay liquor. Okay n the side of the box it says I get a R50 voucher for every box I buy to use when I purchase a full size gin. I bought several of these,over 15 from different Pick n Pay liquors accross the country. When mentioning this voucher to staff they dont know anything about it and just says it will be laoded onto my smart shopper card. 15 purchases later and not a single voucher is on my card. Some said it will be on slop-checked all the slips and no voucher. I stood in store and saw the email the staff member Ronald from PnP Menlyn Maine sending head office an email and cc me in and still nothing. I got an automated email back saying they will get back to me on 12 Nov and now 23 Nov still nothing. I am not letting thia go, I want the vouchers I payed for by buying these box sets. I have bought more then 15 of these and they are exclusive to Pnp but no one knows a thing-how can you sell an exclusive product with a special if no staff member knwos about it. I am waiting for a response from Head office and purchasing for Pnp.
