PnP not answering phones or reading emails about a problem with store card

Good day, i have been trying to contact PnP for many days now. This is in connection with a store card i have. I get msm's to say that i owe a certain amount and "this" amount is incorrect. I get as far as putting in my SA ID no then i get cut off. I have send them 2 emails in regards with this issue and i have not heard back from them. Very frustrating because there is no where else to go, the people in the shops can not help mw
