Pnp no response

I am utterly disgusted with the lack of response from pnp. I lodged a complaint via their website on the 08.06.18 already and still no response. I was humiliated in their store when I had to return items as the "R100 off your next shop" did not go through. It was apparently a problem on the technical side. I was told they would log a call and then I had to do the explaining myself to the call centre agent. They requested "proof" that it didn't work before they would give me the voucher. Why should I be inconvenienced any further when they send you the promos and vouchers?

Pnp has clearly showed me now that I am not valued as a customer.

I was in both ShopRite and pnp today and Shoprite's service far outweighs pnp's smart shopper "discounts".

I would now rather go past pnp to go to a ShopRite.

Hi Zodea,

Thank you for taking the time to write to us and for choosing Pick n Pay.

Please accept our apologies for any inconveniences caused to you.

We have tried calling you on *** however there was no response.

Kindly take note that the cash off voucher will only deduct on a purchase that is R100 or more and not below R100.00. According to your smart shopper history the shop done on the 7th was for R53.90.

We value you as a Pick n Pay customer and are committed to improve continually on our service levels.

Kind Regards,

Vanitha Venketas

Best regards,

ZD

Thank you for taking the time to reply Vanitha. I know that my history would show R53.90. Problem is, no-one at pnp so far could understand what I tried explaining... My basket came to R134 something (including the smart shopper magazine which also didn't deduct as free). So my actual tally was about R104.90. I did not have enough cash on me at that moment so I had to leave items of R39.99 and R11 which makes it R53.90. The cashier suspended THAT sale (I'm sure you'll be able to pick it up). I know that it will only deduct when it is MORE than R100. My first transaction WAS MORE than R100 and it didn't deduct. The cashier did not give me that slip so now I don't have "proof" of it. This is utterly unfair to me as that is not my problem to give you guys proof for something that should have been working. The voucher expired 11.06.18, but my issue wasn't even responded to so I wasn't able to use it. I hope you will resolve this as I'm still not happy.
