PnP No care for Corona spread in delivery of food, broken packaging exposing Food

I ordered online through Bottles, they delivered a piece of cut pumpkin with torn packaging exposing half the pumpkin. With the Pandemic and spread of Corona, you would think that they are more alert to how they deliver goods! Then the customer services says there are no drivers to replace so the case is closed! Now I have paid for this and have a product that I cannot use and also exposed myself and family to a product that has been touched by many ppl in the process??? How can this be okay?
