PnP narcissistic Bully

I would like to express my utter disgust in the manner that this security guy conducted himself at pnp. A customer bought kids something to eat outside and the next moment he just verbally attacked this customer and also banned me from the pnp store. Shouting get out of the store. I have this on camera. He became upset when he noticed I was recording him. He recorded me too and I said nothing to him. My son is very scared at this point as he did not care for our personal space and his size was quite intimidating. Although he might not be working directly for pnp I hold pnp responsible for having a bully as a security!
