Pnp N1 City excellent service!!!

I opened up a Pick n Pay store account and was my first time using it, I went to the till to pay for my groceries and the sale didn't go through it kept on showing declined and I had enough credit I felt so bad and embarrassed I thought that I was going to have to leave without my groceries but the staff was so helpful and supportive the Cashier advised me not to worry it will be sorted out soon they will put me through to RCS and I will be able to make the purchase and within a few minutes it was sorted. I would like to thank Pelo and Ongizwe for assisting me and making me feel at ease and also to Cynthia who offered her assistance as well. Great service!!! keep it up!!
