Pnp Mulbarton liquor - disgusting customer service
Pick n Pay - Mulbarton:
Whole shopping at this store is usually a pleasure, today my wife an I were very offended.
We went into the liquor store at Mulbarton and bought a case of Budweiser and a Twist for my wife.
We went to the till right by the door and paid for our purchase. My wife packed her card away and we started walking out. The security guard then came way too close to me and wanted to see the slip. Now the security guard was right next to us when paying, why would he need to treat us like ********* to check a slip? Not to mention breaking social distancing protocols.
The store was not busy. If you don't know how to treat customers then surely you don't need us. We will be shopping where we are appreciated in future. DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE. There was some kind of manager there too. I advise you to get your act together.
